ASMIRT Job Connect

We understand the fast-changing employment landscape students face, and now more than ever, graduates need assistance transitioning from university to the workplace.

Job Connect helps connect student members graduating in this calendar year, with employers national-wide who are seeking graduate staff in 2025.

Job Connect applications for 2024 have now closed. ASMIRT has contacted MI and RT employers directly with successful applicants’ details.

Applications will open again in March 2025 for 2026 graduate employment. Students are required to be a member of ASMIRT to apply. Student membership is free.

Job Connect does not guarantee employment, rather it enhances a graduate’s job-seeking tools and links them with employers.

We encourage students to be flexible and consider all states and territories as potential workplace locations, and to understand that they consent to their personal email address being distributed to a number of employers who are interested in employing medical radiation science graduates in a particular State or Territory.

Benefits to graduating student members:

• Access to all potential employers in each state / territory who are seeking base grade staff.
• The opportunity to be ahead of the pack and build a personalised state / territory wide contact database of prospective employers, even before they start to advertise.

If you’re looking for base grade staff who are ready to work in 2025, ASMIRT can help.

Our Job Connect program allows employers to connect with graduates who are looking for employment in 2025 as medical radiation practitioners.

Benefits to employers looking for base grade staff:

• Access to a purposely targeted employee group. Job Connect eliminates applications from national and international non-medical radiation professionals.
• The opportunity to build a personalised state-wide employee contact database, which can be used in subsequent years to advertise future employment opportunities.
