Your New Role: As the Director Medical Imaging Services, you will be responsible for:
Managing the provision and delivery of Medical Imaging Services at Redland Hospital, Gundu Pa, Redlands Satellite Hospital and Marie Rose Health Care Centre in accordance with contemporary professional, legislative, Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme (DIAS) and National Health Quality Standards.
Providing leadership and strategic direction in line with district planning and state-wide priorities for the workforce, asset planning and capability strategies for Medical Imaging Services at Bayside to achieve enhancement and efficiency in the delivery of quality patient care and service.
Promoting a work environment that empowers, motivates, and develops the diverse talents of the medical imaging workforce including cultivating a strong professional identity, ethical behaviour, collaboration and participation, and evidence-based decision making.
