The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Radiographer to join our professional team. Reporting to the Lead Radiographer, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple imaging modalities, including general X-ray, CT and MRI, while receiving ongoing support to enhance your skills and knowledge.

This position is ideal for both recent graduates and experienced practitioners. You will provide services across modalities in line with patient and operational requirements and, Voxel Radiology is committed to your continuous professional development, offering upskilling, training, mentorship, and access to state-of-the-art imaging technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging across a range of modalities, ensuring accuracy and excellence.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care by explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns.
• Escalate any urgent patient findings to the Radiologist or senior medical staff promptly.
• Accurately document and manage patient records in our Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and PACS.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient workflows and exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety (ALARA), regulatory and licensing requirements and, organisational protocols.
• Contribute to the training and development of graduate radiographers and other staff as required.
• Participate in professional development and performance reviews to continually grow your skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registration with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (or eligibility to obtain).
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging.
• Current Queensland Radiation Use Licence (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
• A commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous learning.
• Experience with advanced imaging modalities is desirable but not essential.
