Events News and eNews provide members with the latest news and events across the Medical Radiation Professions.
Spectrum covers a range of topics of interest, from interviews with prominent practitioners, advances in technology, contemporary best practice, and research abstracts from the Society’s journal JMRS. Spectrum delivers engaging content in a high-quality publication from Australia and abroad.
The Journal of Medical Radiation Sciences is an international and multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed journal that accepts manuscripts related to medical imaging/diagnostic radiography, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine, medical ultrasound/sonography, and the complementary disciplines of medical physics, radiology, radiation oncology, nursing, psychology, and sociology.
JMRS articles attract almost 600,000 downloads per annum, and ASMIRT members can submit articles for free.
While not qualifications per se, the stringent and detailed requirements of attaining these levels of professional recognition and training ensure that these ASMIRT members are regarded as leaders in their respective fields.

Scholarships and grants form a vital component of advancing not only the skill sets of our members, but in advancing the knowledge of the professions as a whole. The scholarship and grant system allows members to have new experiences, and share that knowledge through ASMIRT’s learning systems.
ASMIRT supports research through our dedicated Research Committee, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs aimed at novice and more advanced researchers, and dedicated research workshops at the ASMIRT conference.
