Join us for the next IV Cannulation and Radiographic Contrast Media course from ASMIRT.
This course is made up of several stages; including pre-requisite training, self-paced on-line learning and a practical component workshop via Zoom.
Components of the course include:
- Completion of the pre-recorded training webinar – sent when registering
- Successful completion, with a mark of 100%, of the post-webinar Quiz
- Practical Workshop via Zoom – next available date is Wednesday 19 November 2025, 6.30pm – 8.30pm AEDT.
All necessary paperwork is supplied as part of the Training Pack mailed to participants.
Requirements to progress and achieve a Certificate in IV Cannulation include:
- Completion of a minimum of 10 successful supervised cannulations, signed off by your supervisor
- Sign off by a supervisor of the Peripheral venuous access device skills assessment checklist
- Return of all completed paperwork to ASMIRT.
