Ben is diagnostic radiographer within England's NHS and a doctoral researcher at City St George’s, University of London. His PhD – the NEEDs Project – focuses on improving emergency department care for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults. A neurodivergent individual himself, he co-founded the Staff & Student Healthcare Initiative for Neurodiversity & Equity (SSHINE) – which authored the NHS Guide to Practice-Based Learning for Neurodivergent Students.

As an Australian-trained radiation therapist and certified medical dosimetrist, Daniel is visiting from Stanford Healthcare USA, where he is the dosimetrist lead for Reflexion X1, and the ViewRay MR-linac system, optimised for on-table adaptation.

Daniel previously worked at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and was part of the multidisciplinary team that developed the TROG study of bladder online adaptive therapy and the kidney SABR FASTRACK study.

At the Society and College of Radiographers, Charlotte leads the Professional and Education Team who produce guidance for radiographers, specifically in the areas of professional practice, education and research.

At the Society and College Charlotte co-chairs the national NHS England Advancing Practice Programme Board and has contributed to international working parties, including the World Health Organization and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
