RadPod episode 2: Inside the ASMIRT Fellowship

21 May 2025

Jenna Dean shares her journey to becoming a Fellow in RadPod’s second episode, Excellence recognised: Inside the ASMIRT Fellowship.

A Senior Research Radiation Therapist, Jenna explains how she learnt about Fellowship, worked with a mentor, and accrued the necessary 100 points to qualify. She says that for her, Fellowship is a valuable part of reflective practice.

“It’s an opportunity to look at the things you’ve done and go back and be like, ‘Oh okay, what value did this add to the profession?" she says.

"What has somebody else learnt because of what I’ve done with this? What would I do differently if I was to look at something like this again?”
