SA/NT Branch Winter Education Weekend

Saturday 22 August 2026

SA/NT Branch Winter Education Weekend One Patient Journey, Shared Purpose is a must attend event for medical radiation professionals looking to elevate their clinical impact.

This event is returning to South Australia this year with a tailored and collaborative program covering practical education and discussions in diagnostic imaging, treatment planning, patient care, and quality assurance. Held at the dynamic South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute, this event will strengthen your contribution to patient-centred care.

We are seeking presentations that align with One Patient Journey – Shared Purpose but are not limited to:

  • Collaboration and patient care
  • How Diagnostic and RT can approach same disease/condition
  • What are the challenges and successes from these areas?
  • What are the shared purposes of creating positive patient experiences to support vulnerable/anxious patients with human centred care in high tech professions?

Call for Abstracts now open, submit your abstracts to santbr@asmirtcommittee.org.

Submissions for abstracts close on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
