Medical Imaging provides services across all Imaging modalities to the hospital, clinics and Emergency department. All our services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.

Radiographers: Multiple vacancies are available, the role is to perform basic imaging examinations to produce images of the highest diagnostic value possible whilst using ionising radiations, both in general and fluoroscopic radiography. | Apply Here
Specialist Radiographer : You will be responsible for performing general medical imaging examinations and procedures and advanced specialised CT, and/or MRI, and/or Angiography procedures and associated administrative tasks utilising broad knowledge and advanced skills in the clinical situation. | Apply Here
Specialist Sonographer: You will provide an effective and efficient Ultrasound imaging service for inpatients and outpatients of Medical Imaging, RHH. You will also assist the Senior Specialist Sonographer – Ultrasound in providing clinical leadership, professional support and ensuring best practice standards for ultrasound imaging services are provided by the RHH in accordance with organisational policies and the professional code of conduct. | Apply Here
Senior Specialist Radiographer – CT: Provide day-to-day management of the CT Service, ensuring the provision of safe and compassionate patient centred care founded on excellence in practice, teaching and research, respect, and inclusive leadership.
