ASMIRT NSW Branch presents:

This event will explore the pivotal role of research in MRS, featuring guest speaker Louise Wilson and Moderated by Johnathan Hewis. Gain insights, and discover how research cultivates collaboration to optimise patient outcomes in medical radiation sciences.

The activity aims to provide attendees with a better understanding of the role research plays in:

  • product development of imaging equipment and imaging techniques
  • advancing and shaping treatment therapy and treatment planning
  • recognise how research in medical radiation sciences can be used by external shareholders and companies to guide and improve product development to optimise patient outcomes.


This event is recommended for all Academics across Medical Radiation Sciences (MI, RT, NM), Students, Honour Students, and Practicing Professionals.
